Live Desktop Monitoring

ScreenLogger V4 introduces Live Desktop Monitoring, a feature whereby an administrator or supervisor can monitor the desktop of an agent in real time. This allows managers to do random quality control checks on agents, or to assist an agent by monitoring the desktop while a transaction or call is in process.

The Live Video feature is available in the new ScreenLogger Management Studio:
