When the system starts up, the workstations and servers automatically register themselves with the central Configurator (auto discovery). No setup is required on the workstation or server machines!

The supervisor decides which workstations and agents to record, and assign these to the system by simple mouse point, click, drag & drop actions on the Management Studio.

One or more recording rules are selected and applied to the workstations (fixed seating) or agents (free seating)

The ScreenLogger system automatically starts to record the desktop screens of all configured agents / workstations.

At any point in time, the supervisor may use the Screen Player to review the footage of recorded sessions. The actions of the recorded agent's desktop is played back like a video recording
