Process Auditing

Consider a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with a Microsoft Windows based Graphic User Interface (GUI). The operator manages the plant from this GUI. When something goes wrong, and chemicals are spilled and wasted due to an operator failure, just imagine how valuable a screen recording of the GUI is? The events preceding the accident can be recalled and replayed over and over again during a post mortem investigation.
